Inspection and maintenance process of single beam crane wheel

Single girder crane in use process, because of friction will appear a variety of losses, such as irregular inspection will be a lot of new faults or even derailment phenomenon, the wheels should often do the following inspection and maintenance:

1 check the flange, no cracks, corrosion, deformation, wear.

2 check the hub and roulette, there should be no crack, deformation, wear and loss.

Check the wheel tread, no wear and tear; Check the diameter error of the driving wheel and driven wheel; Check the tread should be no cracks, deformation, tread surface spalling and other phenomena.

5 Check the lubrication of the sliding shaft, in crane no-load and load conditions, monitoring wheel bearings should be no abnormal vibration, noise; hand test the temperature rise of the bearing parts should be no abnormal.

6 check the lubrication condition of rolling bearing, vibration, sound and rhythm should be normal.
